Orders Prior To January 2007
We accept payment via Worldpay Plc for domain registration &
web hosting services.
Every transaction for ordering both domain
registration and/or Web Hosting is conducted in 'FuturePay 'so
that your domain registration(s) and /or web hosting plan(s) will
be automatically renewed according to the agreement with Worldpay.
When you order, a FuturePay Agreement is automatically created
to debit your card for the same amount upon the expiry of your
domain name and/or Web Hosting Plan.
Your Domain/Hosting plan will be automatically renewed for a further
term to avoid any loss of service due to expired domains/hosting
plans etc..
Of course, if you do not wish to renew your Domain and/or Web
Hosting Plan then you can simply login
to your payment account and cancel the agreement.
So How Does FuturePay Work?
When you order your Domain/Web Hosting Plan and submit your credit/debit
card details a FuturePay Agreement is automatically generated
to instruct Worldpay to debit your account for the same amount
at a predetermind date. This will be 60 days prior to the expiry
of your domain name and/or Web Hosting account.
An email is sent after a successful transaction that will contain
a unique Transaction Id and a Customer Username/Password to access
the Worldpay Payment account. Within the Worldpay Payment Account
there are records of the transaction and also details of the FuturePay
agreement. Customers are able to modify contact records, update
card details and cancel FuturePay agreements from within their
Account.
If a FuturePay Agreement is cancelled then the domain/hosting
will not be renewed and will be allowed to expire. Also,
if a FuturePay transaction is not successful, maybe due to expired
credit card details on record, then again the domain/hosting will
not be renewed and will be allowed to expire.
How do I renew my Domain Name?
As long as the credit/debit card within your WorldpPay Payment
account is valid then the transaction will be successful and the
domain name will be renewed for a further term. There are no forms
to fill in or any further applications to send. So if you keep
your Worldpay Account updated then your domain will continue to
be renewed.
I don't need my domain name and Hosting account anymore, what
do I need to do?
If you do not require your domain and hosting plan anymore and
do not wish to renew for a further term then simply login to your
Worldpay Account and cancel the FuturePay Agreement. The domain
will not be renewed and will expire.
I had forgotten to update my card details and now the FuturePayment
has failed. How do I renew my domain name/hosting plan?
You are able to login to your Worldpay Account to update your
card details. Once valid card details are entered then the system
will try the payment again. If it is successful then the domain/hosting
will be renewed. In the case of domain registration we allow a
period of 60 days prior to the domain expiry for updates to be
made to payment accounts that have failed due to card expiry.
